Well - this morning I threw some paint around - as I mentioned, the best way I find to get back into the groove is to just jump in a throw paint around without much concern for the results.
I started this and after a while we had to go out a do some errands so I'll finish it up later today or tomorrow.
"BARTLETT'S SQUARED"
14 X 11 ON CANVAS PANEL
I start out by throwing some green paint onto the canvas in the shape of Bartlett pears.
Light source coming from the right - so I throw in some shadow on the left
Throw on a couple of stems
Create a background and foreground and play a bit with
the body of the pears
Just the beginning - lots more refining to do as well as juice it up with some COLOR!!!
